Kuma partners with CEOs, executives, and leadership teams to deepen their personal and professional commitments to celebrate diversity, champion equity and cultivate inclusion. She was named the 2022 Pinnacle Award Corporate Businesswoman of the Year by the YWCA, the City of Tulsa and Commission on the Status of Women, 2022 Workplace Inclusion Advocate for Oklahomans for Equality, as well as the 2020 Keeping the Dream Alive Award by the Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration Society.

Kuma is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management. She has been married to her husband Floyd for 6 years and together have two children, 17-year-old Komari and Zeke who is 4.
