Dan Diamond MD Keynote Speaker Topics
There has been a lot of talk about resilience — the ability to bounce back from adversity — but when disruptive change strikes an already high-stress environment, resilience is no longer enough. The most successful teams understand that if they merely “bounce back” to where they were before they will become obsolete and ineffective. It takes investment and ownership to navigate change and come out ahead. While there is a host of barriers we all know exist, the real issue is we are trying to get more done with fewer resources. Team members are at high risk to burnout, disengage, and leave. As more of them leave, it becomes increasingly challenging for those left behind. Fueled by renewed purpose, an unstoppable mindset, and evidence-based strategies, your teams will flourish under pressure and leave a legacy people will talk about for years. Forged in the trenches of international disasters from around the globe, Dr. Diamond’s captivating insights and practical strategies equip leaders to make a difference in high-stakes environments when outcomes matter most
“Dan Diamond knows how to engage a large crowd – it doesn’t just “happen” when he steps on stage; he does this through smart planning and insightful interviews to get to know your organization. He puts himself in the mindset of the group, and artfully tailors the presentation to the culture and lingo of the audience. His dynamic talk, “Leadership Under Pressure: Equipping Leaders to Thrive Under Pressure” was a huge hit at our annual meeting, and his call to action was inspiring to every attendee.”
