About Jez Rose Keynote Speaker

“These are always written in the third person, but this is actually me typing this.
People often say I look familiar. As the old saying goes, I’ve been around a bit. You may recognise me from television, or a conference; it might be my name you remember from one of my books or articles, or my voice from a brand campaign or podcast.

After several years presenting children’s television in England I hosted my own show for ITV1 and more recently as a co-host of Saturday Kitchen (BBC1) and special guest on James Martin’s Saturday Morning (ITV1).

I have an insatiable curiosity for human behaviour and nature: I write, make television, advise, speak and perform.

Spending my time between England and the USA, for more than sixteen years I’ve worked with organisations literally worldwide to help engage, inspire and train their teams. I think of my job as helping individuals, teams and companies to understand why we do the things we do, and how to change them for the better.

I adore my work. It’s taken me to over twenty-four countries and put me in front of millions of people through television, radio and TEDx talks I’ve been invited to deliver in both England and the USA.

I’ve written six books (two for children) and more articles than even I can remember, for the likes of CNN.com, The Daily Telegraph and The Independent. My latest book, ‘Flip the Switch’ is published by Capstone/Wiley and spent two weeks in the WHSmith Top 10 Best Seller List, winning the Beverly Hills Book Award (my Mum made me include that bit).

If you’re a fan of the spoken word, I present the Roots, Wings & Other Things podcast, now in its fourth series, which The Sunday Times listed as one of the top five gardening podcasts. Isn’t that lovely? Recently the human podcast, explored over twenty three episodes what it really means to be human.

I regularly appear as an ambassador for international media campaigns for brands like TK Maxx, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Honest Organic and LateRooms.com.

I love nature and gardening almost as much as I love tea, and have an extensive collection of more than 100 house plants. I also collect antiquarian books and unusual puzzles, and desperately need a larger house.

Wherever you’ve seen or heard me I hope I’ve made you reflect, learn and laugh.”

Based on his award-winning, best-selling book, Flip the Switch, his highly engaging keynote presentations provide a fascinating insight into human behaviour and why we do what we do, helping individuals and organisations to see change as a natural opportunity to adapt and evolve.

Providing remarkable insights into the power of authenticity and emotional intelligence, Jez Rose will have you laughing, reflecting and excited about changing the way we think about change.

“What 3 things will attendees come away with after your sessions?”
Is a very good question I’m often asked. I wish I’d thought of that myself to be honest.

I pack a lot into 60 minutes in a highly energetic and thought-provoking style, but here are just 3 things you can expect:

Real-world, practical strategies for change to help ask the right questions, and make the right decisions, in any situation.

My Seasonal Change Model: understanding the four key predictable phases of change that drive extraordinary performance.

Five unexpected questions to help better navigate, understand, and change, behaviour in ourselves and others.

Almost certainly a big smile!*

"By an absolute mile the best speaker I've had the privilege of listening it."
